I recently spent a lovely 4 nights here and found it to be perfectly situated near the charming Lastarria neighborhood with so many restaurants right outside the door. The nearby Chilean National Museum of Fine Arts was a great highlight for strolling around and taking in the culture.

The breakfast on the 8th floor was a highlight. it offered a great variety of items with beautiful views. I appreciated the complimentary coffee and pastries available throughout the day. However, I encountered some issues too. The breakfast service was occasionally disorganized, leading to a few cold items. Also, on one of the days, there was a strange sulfur smell coming through the vents, which was off-putting. Additionally, the rooftop pool looked inviting but lacked proper lounge chairs for relaxation. Overall, a lovely stay, but room for improvement in service consistency and amenities.
